The vacuum hose attachment is great! I used it to clean out my dryer lint trap and it worked great. The brush didn't work too well - the bristles are too large of a diameter. When I pull the brush out of the lint trap, barely any lint was stuck to it, and most of the lint was just pushed back into the trap as the brush was pulled out due to the size of the bristles. I don't think I'll be using the brush much at all. But the hose attachment is so incredibly useful! It's great for the lint trap, but I also used it to vacuum out my Hunter Douglas silhouette window blinds. The hose was long enough to reach all the way into the vanes of the window shades. The long, thin, flexible vacuum attachment will be so useful. It's funny b/c originally I just wanted the dryer lint brush. I thought I'd get the vacuum hose attachment just in case. But it turns out that the brush doesn't work so well and the hose attachment is amazing! I didn't notice any sort of high pitched noise with the attachment so I'm not sure what people are talking about there. I used the hose attachment with my Miele canister vacuum and it was a great fit.Attaching the hose to the adaptor required a bit of force - the ends appear to be the exact same size - but the hose end will in fact fit over the adaptor end.Took care of all the lint under the dryer where my vacuum wouldn’t reach and I also slayed the dust bunnies underneath the washer and dryer as it lays flat and extends to get that hard to reach area as well. Very satisfied.I moved into a new rental and decided to purchase to clean the dryer vent. I was surprised at how much lint came out. It is very easy to use and the attachment fit easily on my Shark Navigator Liftaway vacuum cleaner but beware that there is a high pitch noise while using.Can't rate how it will hold up, but it cleaned good.So, ppl complained a lot about the noise and even claimed to have been permanently hearing damage. It's a corrugated suction tube that air passes thru! What did you expect? I remember having whirly tubes as a child and it's basically the same. I didn't have problems to assemble it but have not try it yet. I know the suction will greatly depend on the vaccum and if it gets the job done or not. We don't have a long time with our new dryer so I bought it to prevent build up from getting really stuck to the dryer as it gets older.Update: Used it and worked very well. It did make the loud whistling sound as I expected, but I am alive with no hearing damage. If you have sensitive hearing, I would suggest using plugs.This product arrived on time and in great condition. It was easy to hook up to my vacuum and was great in removing lint from the front portion of the dryer. I would recommend it!I've had hose attachments before but they had some flexible tubing instead of a rigid wand like this one. This version is SOOOOOOOO much better. Really attaches to my Dyson canister attachment and pulled out huge amounts of lint that the flexible tubing one didn't even know was there. Highly recommend this one!!!
