I have had some other collapsible hoses, but most didn't have enough water flow for what I wanted. This hose was surprising - light, shrinks to easy manage size, easily to put away and still has a pretty good water flow through the hose. Pleasantly surprised, so I'd recommend. I have it tucked away on the faucet next to my pool and it "hides well" under the bushes.I rated it down one on durability only because I suspect it will wear over time, but no issues so far.I used to have traditional hose which was heavy and a pain to roll back. This is easy. Once I am done it just goes back into place. I love it. All hoses should be like this. They also include a free sprayer with the hose. It is not the best sprayer, cant expect much for free, but works.This house stretches out well once the water is running and works well with a sprayer. The problem is if you want to hook it up to a sprinkler that's a good distance from the faucet. First you have to turn the lever near the house end so the hose will stretch once you turn on the water. Then you connect it to the sprinkler and stretch the house to place the sprinkler where you want it. Then you have to turn the lever to let the water flow. Once you do that you get soaked by the sprinkler.This is not your ordinary expandable hose! I use my RV a lot and have had about 4 other expandable hoses and they all pale in comparison with this one. First, the brass fittings. My other hoses all had plastic fittings that ended up cracking and falling apart. When this hose arrived, I took the ends apart and they are both double o-ring construction. If they ever leak, you can just replace the o-rings for pennies vs buying another hose. The brass valve end that screws on is actually triple sealed, 2 o-rings and a flat gasket. The brass valve is actually a real metal ball valve as well. Other brands have the plastic valve with a plastic ball that I've seen come loose and leak, this one should last a lot longer. Another thing I noticed was the metal crimp ring connecting the hose to the end pieces.The covering on this hose is also different. It's more of a nylon weave instead of a canvas like material. It seems like it cleans up easier keeping the hose looking cleaner. It's also not an obnoxious yellow or green like a lot of other cheaper hoses.The other hoses I've had where always about 25 feet. Sometimes, at certain RV parks, I would have to put two of them together to reach my fresh water intake or my fresh water tank fill. This one is definitely 50 feet fully expanded so that will help cut down on dealing with another hose.The bag is decent quality and will help keep the hose clean and ready for use and make it easy and nice to store in the RV compartment. The extra garden hose washers and teflon tape are nice, as well as the hand sprayer. The sprayer seems to work well and came in handy when washing the RV and truck.This is a nice hose for the money!I’ve ordered 3 of these garden hoses/sprayers because I liked the first one so much. The second sprayer however is much cheaper quality than the first. The settings are leveled incorrectly and several of them do the same function leaving out a few functions I enjoyed on the first. I ordered the third from a different seller hoping the second was just a lemon and the third works great. I just wish I could have returned the second within the return window allowed. Otherwise, best hose and sprayer I’ve purchased.This hose shrinks when not in use making storage very easy. It expands easily, doesn’t get kinked, and has various options for how the water sprays. After a couple months in the sun, it’s held up nicely. No complaints.I received this free in order to give an honest review and honest I will be.This was a bit of a surprise as I didn't expect this to be as high quality as it is. Other expandable hoses have always disappointed but this one is definitely different.I am a retired HVAC/plumber by trade.The entire package comes in a nice nylon bag but I wouldn't use it for hose storage for fear of mold or mildew.As per the photo, the hose is non-kink and adorns a standard hose bib connection on one end and a double "o" ring connection on the other which serves as a swivel. While the connectors are not "heavy duty" they are, in my opinion, heavy enough to last many years. Included is a hose end sprayer which actually works better than a rather expensive one I bought at a big box store. A plastic hose mount can be draped over the water supply pipe or can be fastened to a wall (although no hardware is included for such). A small roll of teflon tape (I don't know why) and three replacement hose washers are also supplied.After using this hose to wash my car, I can honestly say I'm retiring my standard hose. This thing supplies a great volume of water at high pressure. Of course, if your water supply pressure is low, this hose is not going to fix that....nothing will.The only change I would make is to ditch the replacement hose washers and teflon tape and include a hose washer with a integral filter screen to keep particulates out of the hose and spray head.In conclusion, for the price, this is a must have. I am confident this will serve me well for years to come. Just follow the instructions. Don't let hose freeze with water in it and don't store the hose under pressure.
