All the shrinking water hose brands we bought in the past (four of them) did not last long but this brand seemed more durable and is lasting great so far. Except for the connection between the hose and the head had some leaks, all is good so far. For the connection part, wrapped plumbing tape around and it did not leak anymore. Been looking for the long lasting and light shrinking hose and really hope this will last long.The length and price were good. Arrived quickly however after two uses a section of the hose is frayed. It’s not leaking yet but I imagine it won’t take much if it’s already frayed. I do like the shut off valve at the sprayer. Convenient. The seller reached out to get additional details about what went wrong. I appreciate the great customer service and their willingness to make things right. 3 stars for the product I received but with their customer service I’d rate them 5 stars.Cannot rate the actual durability at this time but looks durable than the other brandVery light , easy to handle, exactly what I was looking forLightweight and easy to assemble and use. Got rid of all my old heavy hoses. This expands and contracts when water source is turned on/off. Ordered the 125 foot and although it reaches where it needs to, wish I had ordered 150 so wouldn't have to pull and stretch to reach. Will it last forever? Probably not. But it's worth the ease of use.It gets with many knots.
