Well it's a hose reel.. The choice of fastener that was sent with the unit is in my opinion silly. For a unit that deals with water and is used mostly outside into weather... So how much more would it cost to supply stainless fasteners? It cost me $ 1.25. Oh I'm just kitchen I guess. The color I guess is like a lottery I guess. As the pictured item and as like a medium gray... the pictured item was what I thought I was getting.. nope. It's not crap it's a hose reel.
