Want the look and durability of stainless steel without the added cost and weight? Many salt water boat builders have switched to these thru hull fittings for those reasons! This straight thru hull fitting is molded from tough fiberglass reinforced resin and has a polished 304 stainless steel cap that is ultrasonically welded to the outer flange. The cap gives the upscale look of stainless and protects the flange from sun and salt (which is probably why you're replacing your old plastic thru hulls!). It has hose barbs to fit 1/2" ID marine hose. Mounting nut is included. Dimensions: Outside flange diameter - 1-1/2" Required hole size - 13/16" min.
