Worked perfectly for a Mazda Protege 5. Initially thought it might have been the wrong part until I realized that the mounting point is keyed (there's a flattened edge). Required a bit of twisting to get the hose seated in correctly but seems to be more robust than the stock hose which had rusted out at the connector and started leaking.
