I bought two other retractable hoses that broke within a month of use. This one is holding up great. It had the best instructions for installation. I loved the sticker with markings where to drill to mount it. It was substantially easier to install than the other two and it feels sturdier. It’s not going anywhere. I’ve not had issues with tangling. it retracts a bit faster than the other ones I had but I like that better. Best value compared to the other two I purchased. I bought another one of these to replace the others. It’s slightly larger than the others I bought but I got the thicker and longer hose. I suggest the thicker hose for water pressure. It’s swivels easily. It retracts with confidence. My only complaint is that water spots show on the housing making it look a little dirty up close.
